JAWA (Jain Glenoaks Allottees Welfare Association) is an association created for protecting the welfare of the 80 families that live in Jain Glenoaks. It works on the basic principle of "one for all and all for one" on the mutually agreed principles of "live and let live" and common sharing.

JAWA was registered under the "TN Societies Act 1975" in the year 2012 and has even since been functioning on the principles of democracy, transparency and collective functioning as enshrined in the Bye Laws of JAWA. Annual General Meetings(AGM) are held in the month of September every year where audited accounts are presented. There is an executive commitee which meets atleast once in 3 months to decide on all matters. A governing body consists of the 5 office bearers of JAWA meets every week to oversee the implementation of all decisions and projects as decided by the executive. At present we have one electrician cum plumber, 4 security personnel, 3 house keeping staff and one swimming pool maintainer for carrying out the day to day activities of the residents. The association is sustaining through the quarterly payments of maintenance charges by the inmates.
